MillBox Support Referral Program Policy

We value all of you as our MillBox support subscribers and are excited to offer a special referral program to reward you for helping us connect with new customers. Here’s how it works:

Program Overview

Eligibility: This referral program is open to all existing MillBox support subscribers in good billing standing with Level Up CAD/CAM.

Reward: For every successful referral that leads to a new MillBox support subscription*, you can choose between a $150 credit usable towards MillBox support service or a $150 gift card.

*Referral Qualifications must be met to qualify for the chosen reward.

To qualify for the referral reward, the following conditions must be met:

  • 1. New Customer Requirement: The referred customer must be a new support subscription client with Level Up CAD/CAM. Former customers re-activating service are not eligible.

  • 2. Timeframe for Purchase: The referred customer must complete their purchase of a MillBox subscription within 3 months from the date of referral submission. Additionally, the referred customer must successfully completed 2 months of active support service following their purchase.

Referral Qualification

Upon successful completion of the referral process, you will receive your reward according to the following steps:

  • 1. Confirmation of Eligibility: Once the purchase and support requirements are confirmed, you will be notified of your eligibility for the referral reward.

  • 2 Reward Distribution: Your chosen reward will be processed and delivered to you within 15 business days of confirming your eligibility.

Receiving Your Reward

Program Conditions

One Reward Per Referral: You will receive one reward for each successful referral, regardless of the number of products or subscriptions the Referral purchases.
Changes to the Program: Level Up CAD/CAM reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for any tax implications associated with receiving the reward.

Responsible Referrals: Please respect the privacy of your contacts and ensure that they consent to being contacted by Level Up CAD/CAM as part of this program.

Program Integrity: Any abuse or misuse of the referral program will result in disqualification and potential suspension of the reward.
